abra North is seeking for a Junior Cybersecurity & Privacy Manager as a Service to join our strategic consulting team. This role blends the responsibilities of a CISO and DPO, offering hands-on experience with clients across industries. You’ll help shape security and privacy strategies, manage risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and operate security systems—while receiving structured mentorship and development.

📍 Location: Kiryat Shmona | 🕒 Full-time | 🌐 Hybrid Work Model

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity and privacy strategies for clients
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, Israeli Privacy Law)
• Advise senior stakeholders and assist in managing client-facing security operations
• Work with technologies like Firewall, EDR, SIEM, IAM, Cloud Security, and more
• Grow into a leadership role with guidance from senior experts
  
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure / cybersecurity / privacy/ compliance or, alternatively, graduate of a recognized DPO/CISO course with high potential and fast learning ability – required
• Experience in MSSP or consulting firm – strong advantage
• Experience working with senior stakeholders – advantage
  
  

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk management methodologies
• Familiarity with frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST
• Hands-on experience with security technologies: Firewall, EDR, SIEM, IAM, DLP, CASB
• Strong grasp of privacy regulations: GDPR, Israeli Privacy Law (Amendment 13)
• Completion of a recognized CISO/DPO course (e.g., IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, or local equivalent) – mandatory
