We’re looking for a Research & Insights Specialist to join our team and help deliver meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions. Focusing on the cybersecurity industry, you will apply both qualitative and quantitative research and analytics methods to identify trends, uncover new opportunities, and support initiatives aimed at improving the experience of our ecosystem. Your work will provide valuable input that helps enhance products and services across the organization, as well as improve our culture and working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams (such as R&D, Product Management, Marketing, HR, Sales etc.) and senior management by planning and executing end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects tailored to evolving organizational strategies and needs.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data across markets, customers, partners, and employees to uncover patterns, trends, and key insights.
- Translate insights into strategic, research-backed recommendations tailored to specific organizational needs and business objectives.
- Provide professional consultation and guidance to cross-functional teams conducting independent research—ensuring a customized, high-quality research approach that helps deliver accurate results to shape strategy and decision-making.
- Maintain professional knowledge by monitoring trends, new methodologies, blogs, forums, and leading research tools.
- A curious people’s person.
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, behavioral sciences, business, or a related field.
- Experience in diverse research methodologies, including both qualitative (e.g., in-depth interviews, focus groups) and quantitative (e.g., survey design, data collection & analysis): Minimum 2 years of mixed-methods experience or at least 1 year of experience in each method separately
- Proven ability to generate data-driven recommendations and translate research findings into actionable insights.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, including correlation analysis, regression, significance testing, and more.
- Fluent English and Hebrew (verbal and written) — mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with survey management platforms such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey—a plus.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)—a plus.
