Description
The Partnerships production Event Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing events that support our partnership's ecosystem, both monday Partner yearly events and also Partner-led events for the partner's clients.
Partner Facing Events
The partnership event manager is responsible for designing, planning, and executing strategic events that drive engagement, collaboration, and growth within the partner ecosystem. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and operational expertise. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless and impactful experiences that align with business objectives and strengthen partner relationships.
Customer-facing Events
Develop and execute together with the partner's marketing guild regional customer-facing events throughout the year, including tradeshow participation in global events (booth concept and activation, production and event management) and monday-led events in strategic regions, while owning the whole production and event side of the initiatives.
About The Role
- Strategic event management and production of customer events in partner-led regions include the conceptualization, planning, and execution of both virtual and in-person key events of the year:
- Partner Summit- Manage the partner summit from A-Z.
- Evolve Events - Work alongside the regional partner marketing managers to execute multiple customer events throughout the year, fully owning the production, event management, and relationship with production companies.
- Elevate- Sponsorships and partner involvement in Elevate via booths, dedicated sessions, and panels.
- Elevate Partner Day ownership- Manage Partner Day in the different regions ( NY, LDN, Sydney)
- Partner-led strategic event support - support the partner's marketing guild when executing large partner-led initiatives (Tradeshows or big-scale events)
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to maximize event and marketing impact.
- Oversee the end-to-end event lifecycle, including concept development, budgeting, and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Track expenses and provide regular budget reports.
- Negotiate RFP with production companies
- Gather feedback from attendees and partners.
- Analyze event data and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare post-event reports summarizing results, insights, and recommendations.
- +6 years of Proven experience in event production and management in the tech industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed (30%-50%).
