Network & Cyber Security Specialist

Ness Technologies is seeking an experienced Network & Cyber Security Specialist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Network Technician.

Full-time position | Based in Tel Aviv with travel across Israel

Role Overview:

The position includes full responsibility for planning, operating, and maintaining organizational communication infrastructure and critical communication and security systems. The role also involves providing solutions, troubleshooting, and leading projects within the networking and cyber security domains.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Network Technician
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switches
• Experience with wireless technologies
• Experience working with SDA (Software Defined Access)
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, QoS, etc.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Cisco DNA Center, Aruba Central)
• Knowledge in cyber security, including secure network design
• Experience with tools such as Wireshark, NetFlow
• CCNP certification
• Experience in writing technical documentation
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Project management skills
• Native-level Hebrew and good English
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel on-site across the country
