As part of your role you will:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including opening requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers and closing candidates in Israel
• Own and lead the recruitment processes in a proactive, strategic and data-driven approach to meet business goals and deadlines.
• Advise and partner closely with hiring managers. to understand team needs and build winning hiring strategies.
• Create top talent pipelines by using innovative talent acquisition channels.
• Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our culture and values
• Bring creative sourcing ideas and a global mindset to every search
  
  

• Recruitment is the thing that excites you the most!
• At least 4 years of proven experience leading A-Z recruitment processes: defining hiring needs, sourcing candidates, implementing referral programs, and analyzing recruitment dashboards.
• You are a creative, independent thinker who takes initiative and gets things done.
• Experience in technological/tech recruitment.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism.
