Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brewer located in Beit Shemes District, Israel. The Brewer will be responsible for the brewing process, including preparing ingredients, operating brewing equipment, and monitoring the fermentation process. Daily tasks also include ensuring quality control, maintaining brewery hygiene, and adhering to safety standards. The Brewer will collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals and develop new beer recipes.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating brewing equipment and managing the brewing process
• Knowledge of ingredient selection, fermentation, and quality control
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the brewery
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and handle heavy equipment
• Experience with recipe development is a plus
• Degree or certification in brewing science or a related field is preferred
