This is an opportunity for you to use creative marketing strategies, drive e-commerce sales growth, and contribute to the development of a dynamic fashion brand. Your role will be to manage, optimize, and scale our paid advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Boost E-commerce Sales: You will be directly responsible for planning, executing, and continuously optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive sales growth.

Enhance Cost-Effectiveness: By closely monitoring key metrics, you will adjust strategies to ensure we achieve the highest possible return on our advertising spend.

Leverage Data for Insights: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other platforms is required to make strategic, data-driven decisions.

Collaborate on Creative Content: You will partner with our creative team to develop unique and engaging ads that capture customer attention and drive conversions.

Strategize Customer Outreach: You'll build effective audience targeting strategies, from keyword research to customer segmentation and implementing smart bidding methods.

Stay Ahead of the Curve: A key responsibility is to stay updated on the latest trends in digital advertising and consumer behavior to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive.

Succeed in a Remote Environment: This role requires excellent self-management, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of discipline in time tracking.

Requirements:

Extensive Paid Media Background: You'll need 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, including a proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $30,000 per month.

Results-Oriented: A history of successfully generating leads and significantly boosting sales through paid advertising campaigns is crucial.

Certified Professional: Current Google Ads and Meta Ads Blueprint certifications are a must-have.

Data-Savvy: You should be proficient in using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools, along with strong analytical skills to translate data into concrete actions.

Self-Driven & Disciplined: The ability to work independently, maintain a high level of organization, and accurately track time is essential in a remote environment.

CRM Acumen: Familiarity with CRM systems for effective workflow management is a strong plus.

Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for seamless teamwork and clear reporting.
