The Role

The Business Operations role at Bina is about building the backbone that allows us to grow

and scale. Sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, this role ensures our vision

translates into systems, processes, and outcomes that support learners, educators, and

enterprise partners alike.

You’ll be the connector across teams—working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer

Success to keep our operations smooth and aligned. Some days you’ll be analyzing data to

guide leadership decisions, while on others you’ll be developing workflows, coordinating new

initiatives, or supporting enterprise integrations. This is a role for someone who thrives in

dynamic environments, where priorities shift quickly and problem-solving is part of the fun.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and optimize business processes that enable efficiency and scalability.

● Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate projects and align execution.

● Turn data into insights by building dashboards and tracking KPIs.

● Support enterprise and academic partner operations, including onboarding and

integrations.

● Contribute to compliance, data integrity, and risk management efforts.

● Drive operational improvements that enhance the experience for learners, educators,

and partners.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings both business and technology experience:

● Experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar role—ideally in a

technology company or startup.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data,

metrics, and reporting.

● Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams, with comfort wearing multiple

hats.

● Experience supporting enterprise partnerships, integrations, or compliance initiatives.

● Organized, proactive, and adaptable—you balance detail orientation with big-picture

thinking.
