Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of frontend, backend, and DevOps engineers.
• Oversee architecture, development, and deployment of scalable, maintainable systems.
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud and database infrastructure.
• Apply AI-driven tools to enhance productivity, automation, and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
• Ensure high standards in code quality, test automation, security, and delivery processes.
  
  

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience, delivering robust, high-quality solutions.
• 3+ years in a leadership role, successfully guiding and mentoring development teams.
• Proven track record of leading backend engineering teams to deliver scalable, maintainable systems.
• Advanced proficiency in JVM languages Kotlin, Java, or Scala with the ability to design clean, efficient code.
• Strong working knowledge of dynamic languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Forward-thinking, AI-driven mindset — adept at leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making, and innovation.
• Deep experience in microservices architecture, from design to production deployment.
• Expertise in building and scaling cloud systems.
• Solid background in SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization.
• Clear, professional communicator in Hebrew and English.
