Deloitte is looking a highly experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead all recruitment operations across its Israel-based business.
* This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of national talent acquisition strategy, hands-on management of a recruitment team, and close collaboration with senior leadership across multiple business domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the talent acquisition strategy for the Israeli operation.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of full-cycle recruiters, including tech recruiters specializing in data and software development.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and hiring priorities.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs, tools, and processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Oversee recruitment across a wide range of roles and professional domains, including business, technology, operations, and specialized functions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading talent acquisition in a complex, multi-disciplinary organization – required
- Strong managerial experience, including leading and mentoring recruitment teams – required
- Demonstrated success in managing tech recruitment teams and hiring for data & development roles – strong advantage
- Familiarity with a variety of professional sectors and role types – required
- Experience working in a global, matrixed environment – advantage
- Strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong execution capabilities
- Fluent Hebrew and English – both spoken and written – are a must
