תיאור התפקיד

• אחריות כוללת על ניהול קשרי לקוחות אסטרטגיים ושימורם.
• הובלת תהליכי מכירה מורכבים משלב האפיון הטכנולוגי ועד סגירה מסחרית מלאה.
• שיתוף פעולה שוטף עם צוותי המכירות הפנימיים, ההנדסה והייצור בחו"ל.
• זיהוי הזדמנויות עסקיות חדשות והגדלת היקפי פעילות קיימת.
• הכנת הצעות מחיר והצעות טכניות, הצגת פתרונות והובלת POC מול הלקוחות.
• מתן תמיכה טכנית וליווי ביישום בשטח.

דרישות

• תואר ראשון בהנדסת מכונות / חשמל / מכטרוניקה או תחום קרוב.
• לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון במכירות טכנולוגיות או אפליקטיביות, כולל ניהול לקוחות מורכבים.
• ידע מעמיק במערכות Motion (DC/BLDC Motors, Gearheads, Encoders, Controllers).
• ניסיון מוכח בסגירת עסקאות וניהול מחזור מכירות מול לקוחות אסטרטגיים.
• שליטה מלאה בעברית ובאנגלית.

Senior Field Sales Engineer – Motion Control & Engineering Systems

Location: Caesarea, Israel

A global leader in precision motion systems is seeking a Senior Field Sales Engineer to join its Israel operations. The company provides advanced motion solutions—including DC and BLDC motors, gearboxes, controllers, drivers, and optoelectronic components—to clients in defense, robotics, industrial automation, and medical device sectors.

Role Description

• Full responsibility for managing and growing strategic client accounts.
• Lead complex sales cycles from technical scoping through to full commercial closure.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales, engineering, and global manufacturing teams.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while expanding existing accounts.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, deliver presentations, and lead client POC activities.
• Provide technical support and oversee implementation at customer sites.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical or application sales, including managing complex accounts.
• Strong knowledge of motion systems: DC/BLDC motors, gearheads, encoders, controllers.
• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English.
