System Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated System Engineer to lead end-to-end multidisciplinary projects in the defense domain. This is a meaningful and challenging position, ideal for someone with strong systems thinking and the ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading system requirements definition, specifications, and interface management
• Collaborating with development, QA, integration teams, and customers
• Writing system documents and supporting system QA processes
• Working with Situational Awareness systems (air, naval, ground)
• Integrating EW systems (COMINT / ELINT), aerial picture solutions, and training systems

Mandatory Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's degree in one of the following:

Systems Engineering / Aerospace Engineering / Physics / Software Engineering / Electrical Engineering

✔ Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a System Engineer in end-to-end projects

✔ Proven experience in writing system requirements and specifications

✔ Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (including technical writing)

Advantages:

• Experience with C4I defense systems
• Familiarity with training and simulation systems
• Knowledge of TFS
• Active security clearance

Additional Information:
