Senior System Administrator (On-Prem Environment)

We’re Hiring: Senior System Administrator (On-Prem Environment)

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team and take ownership of advanced on-prem environments. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about systems, security, and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2025) including installation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Administer Microsoft infrastructures: AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• Deploy and manage Information Security solutions including XDR (Cortex preferred), OS hardening (CIS standards), and security enforcement.
• Maintain Exchange environments, IIS, and (advantage) Tomcat.
• Work with virtualization and HCI platforms (VMware – mandatory, Nutanix – advantage).
• Develop automation and scripting solutions (PowerShell – mandatory).
• Manage storage and backup/DR solutions (EMC, SRM, Zerto).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a hands-on System Administrator - Must
• 3+ years of experience in a large-scale enterprise environment - Must
• Experience with Information Security solutions including XDR (Cortex preferred) - Must
• Experience with Exchange environments, IIS - Must
• Proven experience with VMware virtualization (mandatory), Nutanix and VMware Aria Automation - Must
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills - Must
• Experience with cloud platforms is a plus (Azure – EntraID, Intune, Teams, O365 / AWS / GCP).
• Experience with EMC storage.
• Knowledge of DR solutions (SRM, Zerto).
• Familiarity with compliance and patch management solutions (BigFix).
