מהות התפקיד:

• ליווי פרויקטים טכנולוגיים מורכבים מול לקוחות – כולל אפיון ו־Proof of Concept
• עבודה פרונטלית מול מהנדסים בכירים, מנהלי פיתוח ומקבלי החלטות
• התאמה של פתרונות הנעה – מנועים, גירים, בקרים, דרייברים
• שיחות מקצועיות מעמיקות עם הלקוח ועם מו"פ בחו"ל
• כתיבת הצעות הנדסיות, תכנון תשתיות תנועה, וניתוח אילוצים טכניים

דרישות סף:

• 5–10 שנות ניסיון טכני־הנדסי hands-on בתכנון או אינטגרציה של מערכות הנעה מדויקת
• ידע מעמיק ברכיבי תנועה: DC/BLDC Motors, Gearheads, Encoders, Controllers – יתרון משמעותי
• חשיבה מערכתית – יכולת להוביל פתרון שלם, לא רק רכיב
• שליטה מצוינת בעברית ואנגלית, כולל כתיבה טכנית וניהול שיח עם צוותים גלובליים
• יכולת מצוינת בניהול ממשקים, שירותיות ויכולת העברת מסרים מקצועיים

A leading global provider in the field of motion, control, and automation systems is hiring: Senior Engineer for FAE / Technical Pre-Sales Role

The Role:

If you come from the world of Motion, Control, Robotics, or Mechatronics Engineering — and are ready to move from a design-focused position into a role that blends deep technical expertise with direct customer-facing impact — this is your opportunity.

This position is part of a small, professional local team backed by a global industry leader, working with top-tier clients in defense, medical, and industrial markets.

Role Scope:

• Lead technical projects with major clients – from scoping to Proof of Concept
• Work directly with senior engineers, R&D managers, and key decision-makers
• Match and tailor drive solutions: motors, gearheads, controllers, drivers
• Engage in in-depth technical discussions – both with local clients and European R&D teams
• Prepare technical proposals, motion system layouts, and constraint analyses

Minimum Requirements:

• 5–10 years of hands-on engineering experience in motion systems design or integration
• Strong knowledge of motion components: DC/BLDC motors, gearheads, encoders, controllers – significant advantage
• Solid system-level understanding – ability to lead full solutions
• Excellent communication in both Hebrew and English – verbal and written, including technical documentation
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing abilities
