CTO

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)– Web-Based Gaming

We are seeking a tech-savvy, hands-on leader to take on a strategic and operational role as CTO in a fast-growing gaming company. This is a key position that combines management, innovation, and execution – ideal for someone with a strong web technology background (React, HTML, JS) and a deep understanding of game development, preferably in real money or social casino domains.

What You'll Do:

The role consists of three main pillars:

1. Oversee Our Game Studio

• Guide & Support our international game development studio
• Drive product and technology alignment with company vision
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of new games and features\
• Lead and implement AI technologies and innovation

1. Manage a Third-Party Gaming Platform

• Own the integration and optimization of external platform
• Work closely with partners to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance
• Serve as the bridge between our internal teams and platform providers

1. Build a new Tech Operation from Scratch

• Define the architecture and technological foundations for our internal systems
• Recruit, onboard, and lead a new R&D team
• Establish development workflows, infrastructure, and best practices

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in leading development teams or managing a technological unit
• Software architecture or CTO experience is a plus
• Hands-on expertise in web technologies, especially React, HTML, JavaScript. Unity – Advantage
• Background in game development – preferably real money / social / ssweepstakes
• Experience with client-side architecture and cross-functional collaboration (Product, Design, QA)
• Ability to work across distributed teams and manage both in-house and external resources
• Strong communication skills and a “builder” mindset
