Your Impact

• Be the code-first engineer: develop, train, and evaluate algorithms yourself - not just oversee or guide others.
• Build and iterate risk-based predictive models that understand patient journeys, rather than one-off events.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on in ML: You’ve built, refined, and shipped real models - from prototyping to production.
• Track record in applied AI: Experience with predictive modeling, healthcare data, or risk scoring systems is a big plus.
• LLM curiosity & skills: Familiarity with fine-tuning or applying LLMs to domain-specific problems (medical - huge plus).
• Can-do, startup mindset: resourceful, resilient, and ready to roll up your sleeves in ambiguous, fast-paced contexts.
• Proven delivery track record: multiple projects where you've pushed through complexity to results.
