Role Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and serve as the right hand of our CMO. Responsibilities

SEM & SEO

• Manage external vendors (paid campaigns and SEO).
• Analyze performance reports, extract insights, and present clear dashboards.
• Monitor website health, technical SEO, and digital assets.

Websites & Digital Assets

• Manage the company’s commercial website and landing pages (WordPress).
• Update texts, visuals, and ensure smooth user experience.

Social Media & Creative

• End-to-end content creation: ideation, filming, editing, captions, music, platform adaptation.
• Lead strategic campaigns across multiple social channels.

Brand & Storytelling

• Support the brand building of Quala and its two sub-brands (Questair, Qualoft).
• Translate values and experiences into emotional, memorable brand stories.

Event & Field Marketing

• Support the marketing of Quala’s flagship annual meetup and other client events.
• Content, branding, and promotion for conferences and special activations.

Innovation

• Experiment and be part of the leading team of innovations and AI implementation.
• Bring forward creative, trend-driven ideas.

Operations & Coordination

• Work closely with the CMO: meeting summaries, task follow-up, coordination of timelines, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, SEM/SEO campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills - ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Hands-on knowledge of digital tools (Google Ads, Meta, WordPress, Analytics).
• Experience creating social media content (video, editing, copywriting).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to dive into execution when needed.
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Positive energy, creativity, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Advantage: experience in event marketing, PR, or working with fast-growing brands.
