Responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders and engineers to shape the product vision and roadmap.
• Build enterprise-grade solutions, ensuring the product meets the needs of large, complex organizations.
• Own the product lifecycle, from early development to market release and scale.
• Lead efforts to align product development with customer needs, focusing on cybersecurity and AI.
• Design and implement a strategic roadmap with both short-term wins and long-term goals.
• Work with key stakeholders to embed product development into the company’s growth strategy.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to drive product adoption and innovation.

Key Requirements – Skills & Experience

• Proven experience building enterprise products and delivering solutions to large organizations.
• Experience in cybersecurity is highly preferred.
• Hands-on leadership: A doer who can roll up their sleeves and execute on product strategy.
• Startup-savvy: Comfortable navigating uncertainty, leading cross-functional teams, and switching contexts efficiently.
• Strategic mindset: Able to think big while staying tactical to achieve immediate results.
• Excellent collaboration skills with experience working closely with founders, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Based in Israel with the flexibility to work across time zones.
