Collections and Billing Representative Wanted for Commit

This is a full-time position.

Job Description:

The role includes tracking and monitoring outstanding customer debts throughout all collection stages, including escalations and referral for legal action.

Ongoing communication with the company’s clients, including direct contact with senior executives at leading companies in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for a client portfolio – all aspects of collections.
• Managing regular communication with clients, both written and verbal.
• Ongoing work with internal interfaces, such as account managers and the finance team.
• Generating reports and providing periodic updates on debt status.

Requirements:

• Full proficiency in accounting software (such as Hashavshevet/Priority), and strong command of Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• High-level English – spoken and written.
