AI Automation Engineer

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a specialist to design and maintain AI-driven workflows and automations using Python, JavaScript, n8n, and no-code tools. The role includes collaborating across teams, building connectors and APIs, and serving as the technical lead for AI initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain AI-driven workflows and automations using Python / JavaScript, n8n, and no-code tools.
• Collaborate closely with all departments, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, R&D, Product, and HR teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Create connectors and APIs for smooth data and workflow integration.
• Work with R&D to align automations with product and engineering stack.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and document automated workflows.
• Act as a technical lead for AI initiatives.
  
  

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python/JavaScript and workflow automation.
• Experience with n8n, Zapier, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Strong background in system integrations (APIs, webhooks, SaaS tools).
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Gong, Salesforce, or similar sales/marketing platforms.
• Experience with LLMs and applying AI to operational workflows.
• Comfortable with GitHub, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business teams and translate their needs into automation.

• Prior experience in cybersecurity SaaS environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, k8s).
• Leadership experience or interest in building/leading a team
