🎗️🎗️A fast-growing public international company is seeking a VP of Performance Marketing to lead its global strategy with a strong focus on CTV.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the Performance Marketing strategy to drive growth, user acquisition, and revenue
• Manage significant P&L budgets and lead core KPIs, including ROI, ROAS, LTV, and CAC
• Build and lead a high-performing execution team, including establishing methodologies and tools
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, product, data, creative, and sales teams
• Serve as an in-house expert on CTV/OTT channels and DSP/SSP platforms, including programmatic buying, attribution, and measurement

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, with several years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record in managing large budgets and delivering results against ambitious targets
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a culture of excellence
• Exceptional English communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-level executives
• Background in Gaming / AdTech and experience in the CTV ecosystem
