DRS RADA is an evolving defen-tech company and a global pioneer in life-saving radar systems. Our HR team is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic Learning Partner to join us!

What We’re Looking For?

We’re seeking a Learning Partner to manage key aspects of DRS RADA’s organizational learning. This role involves leading learning initiatives from onboarding to ongoing, maximizing employees’ competency and assuring growth across the organization. You’ll work closely with team members and leaders to drive both professional and organizational growth & help employees across various teams reach their full potential.

What You Will Be Doing?

• Identify learning needs and develop the annual L&D plan and budget
• Manage, execute & coordinate learning initiatives from onboarding to ongoing
• Define and track key learning KPIs
• Develop digital & F2F learning units & Manage vendors to deliver impactful & engaging learning offerings 
• Facilitate selected training sessions and workshops

What Do You Need?

• Strong background in learning with at least 3 years of experience in training management – A Must
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a “can do” approach, eager to thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple “End to end” learning initiatives simultaneously
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
• B.A. in a relevant field (M.A. – an advantage)
• Experience in high-tech/defence industries – an advantage
• Familiarity with LMS administration and learning technologies – an advantage
