Job Description

A leading defense company is seeking an Information Systems Project Manager with proven experience in systems analysis, to lead complex projects from initiation through implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements
• Write requirement and specification documents
• Oversee and support the development process
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide user training
• Manage versions and provide ongoing support

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Information Systems
• At least 5 years of experience in project management and systems analysis in a multi-project environment
• Strong ability to write and structure specification documents
• Experience in supporting development processes, conducting UAT, and system implementation
• Familiarity with complex organizational and technological processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple interfaces
• Strong leadership potential with a proactive, independent, and responsible approach
