Passive Investments Controller

A leading financial organization is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Passive Investments Controller to join its Middle Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring passive investment portfolios, performing in-depth controls and analyses of market indices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing decision-support reports to senior investment managers and committees.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track the company’s passive investment portfolios
• Perform controls and analysis of market indices
• Conduct proactive reviews to ensure compliance with Ministry of Finance regulations and investment committee/board guidelines
• Analyze returns, investigate trading performance, and review fees and commissions
• Perform cash flow analysis and monitoring
• Prepare and deliver decision-support reports for investment managers and committees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related)
• Previous experience in investment control and/or operations from investment houses, insurance companies, or banks - Mandatory
• Solid knowledge of capital markets and familiarity with investment instruments in Israel and abroad
• High proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions
• Prior hands-on experience with passive investments - strong advantage
