A global advertising and media group with offices worldwide is seeking an experienced and visionary VP Clients to lead strategic client relationships across both international and domestic markets.
This senior leadership role requires deep expertise in 360° media planning and buying (digital, CTV, offline, and performance), along with strong team leadership and a proven track record of delivering results for both brand-focused and performance-driven clients.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, including account managers, marketing analysts, and the CTV activation team, to drive measurable outcomes, shape strategic direction, and foster innovation and operational excellence for a portfolio of global and local clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, leading integrated media and performance strategies across digital, offline, and paid media channels.
- Oversee the entire client lifecycle—from onboarding through growth and retention—ensuring long-term partnerships and measurable success.
- Lead and develop the CTV activity and activation team, ensuring alignment with overarching media and performance strategies.
- Demonstrate hands-on expertise in performance marketing across platforms such as Google, Meta, and others.
- Translate market research, competitive analysis, and data insights into actionable marketing and business strategies.
- Collaborate with global digital platforms and publishers to drive media innovation and enhance campaign performance.
- Deliver clear operational and financial reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Inspire, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team by setting clear goals, encouraging collaboration, and fostering professional growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- At least 8 years of experience working with Israeli clients and major local brands; experience with global clients is an advantage.
- Over 8 years of experience in brand management, 360° media (digital, CTV, offline), and strategic marketing planning.
- 3–4 years of experience developing and executing full-funnel digital strategies across a variety of platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams across media, performance, and client services.
- Exceptional client-facing skills, strategic thinking, and a talent for transforming insights into impactful business actions.
- Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both English and Hebrew, spoken and written.
