THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a talented designer to join our outstanding creative team in creating the visual language of our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for designing prestige packaging and experiences across all brand categories. You will focus on maintaining our graphic language and impeccably made products, while collaborating with our global creative team. You’ll become a significant part of our massive growth and gain in-depth knowledge of Oddity brands in design, culture, products, and users. The position is full-time from our office in TLV.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design prestige best-in-class packaging for all our brand products
• Become an expert in premium packaging materials, finishes and decorations
• Combine between best-in-class design and the needs of reality - time-to-market, target prices, sustainable claims, etc.
• Oversee pre-production and printing phases with a focus on color matching, print accuracy, and production-ready file quality; provide detailed feedback to ensure a flawless outcome

WHO YOU ARE

• A master in Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai)
• BA in Graphic Design or similar
• Advantage – experience in designing packaging and print-ready designs
• High level of written and spoken English
• Deep understanding of branding systems and ability to maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints
• Familiarity with packaging compliance and legal/regulatory labeling requirements (INCI, OFC, etc.)
• Obsessed with pixel-perfect design and file organization; nothing escapes your eye
• Self-starter, self-motivated, ability to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
• Hands-on, initiator, hard worker with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Ability to work in an orderly, organized, and precise manner, with attention to the smallest details
