Company Description

Infrastructure for Social Impact is a non-profit organization in Israel dedicated to reducing social disparities, promoting inclusion, and fostering cultural resilience and civic leadership. We develop and scale innovative social projects in collaboration with social entrepreneurs, philanthropic foundations, municipalities, and government ministries. The organization builds strategic partnerships and provides capacity-building support to NGOs, offering strategic guidance, program development, financial mentoring, and resource mobilization to improve lives across Israel.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Resource Development Manager. The Resource Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing resource mobilization strategies, maintaining partnerships, and identifying funding opportunities. Tasks include preparing grant proposals, managing donor relations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This is a primarily remote role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with one in-office workday per week.
