The Opportunity

Reporting to the SVP WW Finance Strategy and Operations, the VP Global Finance Operations will be a key strategic leader responsible for overseeing global financial operations, overseeing key reporting cycles and strategic modeling to support executive decision-making and capital allocation. This role partners closely with executive leadership, investor relations, and cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence, support strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Forecasting

• Overseeing the entire reporting cycles for the financial operations across global finance including Commercial, TGO, and R&D. This includes main reporting processes: Free Cash Flow, QBRs, Inventories, and S&OP.
• Implementing and maintaining robust financial reporting and proactive modeling aligned with BD function to integrate BD , M&A and Divestments transactions in Teva Long Term Financial planning
  
  

Performance Management & Analysis

• Analyzing operational performance metrics and KPI’s to identify areas for improvements in BS , PL and CF as well cost optimization across all functions.
• Managing financial and business performance by developing appropriate metrics to measure Commercial, TGO, and R&D performance, monitoring variances to forecasts, and developing action plans to address variances.
  
  

Strategic Finance & Capital Allocation

• Leading, managing, and executing on capital allocation modeling, partnering with Treasury, Accounting, and IR in alignment with company priorities and strategic plan to maximize shareholder value.
• Monitoring capital expenditures forecast to ensure they are within budget and plan, including ROI and post-mortem analysis.
• Providing financial guidance and supporting strategic initiatives.
  
  

Executive & Investor Engagement

• Leading and driving certain priorities that require ad-hoc decision-making supporting SVP WWFSO for preparation of Executive Management meetings.
• Supporting preparations for analysts and certain investor meetings to sense and drive priorities and model insights for operational , commercial and R&D aspects
  
  

Experience & Qualifications

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education/Certification/Experience

• Accounting or Economics or Business Administration.
• MBA or Master’s in Finance, -preferable
• 15 years of progressive experience in similar sized regional/business commercial/operations unit .
• Finance leadership role in a publicly traded organization.
• CPA -preferable
• Experience in a multinational, matrixed organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
