Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for an Intellectual Property Attorney, located in Bnei Brak (B.S.R. Tower 2). You will handle tasks such as drafting and prosecuting patent, trademark and design applications in Israel and abroad, managing IP litigation proceedings such as infringement actions, oppositions and invalidations, drafting and reviewing agreements involving IP aspects, and provide general counselling regarding IP-related legal matters. The role involves working closely with clients to protect their IP rights and providing strategic legal counsel in various IP-related issues.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney admitted to the Israeli Bar, with 1–5 years’ experience.
• Registered Patent Attorney – advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli IP law (international experience is a plus).
• Hands-on experience managing IP litigation: drafting court documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in hearings.
• Experience in patent, trademark, and design prosecution in Israel and abroad.
• Exceptional analytical and research skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English (Native-level preferred).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
