Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales / Business Developer to join our team and lead the full client acquisition and relationship management process. This is a hands-on, phone-based role — where your main tool will be phone calls.

Your main responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via phone
• Pitch and sell our marketing services
• Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales funnel
• Negotiate terms and close deals
• Serve as the main point of contact between our company and the client
• Ensure our marketing efforts are delivering traffic and results to the client
• Follow up on project delivery, performance, and client satisfaction
• Monitor client payments and ensure all financial follow-up is handled
• Maintain CRM and sales records accurately

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in phone-based sales (cold calling / B2B sales)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
• Familiarity with marketing services
• Experience in Marketing Agencies is a plus
