We're seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead short-cycle, mission-focused integration projects for our UAV and defense customers.

This role is designed for a hands-on professional with strong experience in unmanned aerial systems, loitering munitions, and related technologies, who can deliver targeted technical solutions quickly and effectively.

You will manage multiple short-duration projects in parallel, often involving subcontractor coordination to execute hardware, software, mechanical, and RF integration tasks with minimal reliance on core R&D.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and deliver customer-driven, mission-specific projects from scoping to final acceptance.

· Manage multiple short-duration projects simultaneously, ensuring fast turnaround and high-quality execution.

· Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers to meet project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.

· Perform and oversee system-level integrations involving RF communication modules, UAV platforms, payloads, and control systems.

· Act as the primary technical contact for assigned customers, providing clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.

· Conduct on-site meetings, integration sessions, and acceptance testing when required.

Requirements

· 3-5 years' experience in RF communications, networking, electronics, and mechanical integration.

· Proven hands-on experience in UAV systems – mandatory (experience with loitering munitions is a strong advantage).

· Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors effectively to achieve project objectives.

· Experience delivering short-cycle, mission-focused technical projects from concept to deployment.

· Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

· Degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

· Fluent in English – both verbal and written.

· Based in Mobilicom’s Shoham office, with occasional domestic and limited international travel.
