The Opportunity

• We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team and help us build, scale, and enhance our SaaS platform.

• This role can suit both Backend Engineers and Full-Stack Engineers. You’ll take ownership of core product areas, work across backend and architecture (with optional frontend contributions if that’s your strength), and collaborate closely with management, product, and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Covercy’s SaaS platform with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Own features end-to-end, from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers and fellow engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the future of our technology stack.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs for seamless integration and communication.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases and relational data modeling.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid/remote environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Our Technology Stack Includes:

• .NET, Node.js, Angular, SQL, Azure, RabbitMQ
• AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, VS Code with Claude, and ChatGPT

Nice-to-Have (Advantages):

• Experience with Angular, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience mentoring or leading other engineers.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for software development (e.g., AI-assisted coding, code review, or automation).
