Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spa Agent at The Ritz-Carlton in Herzliya. The Spa Agent will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, scheduling appointments, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa area, and providing information about services and products. The Spa Agent will ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing bookings
• Knowledge of spa services and products
• Organizational and Time Management skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and orderly environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
• Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
