System & Cyber Security Team Leader

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated System & Cyber Security Team Leader to lead a highly technical team and take ownership of a large-scale IT infrastructure and security environment.

Your role will include:

• Leading the management of over 400 servers (60% Windows Server 2003–2022, 40% Linux: Ubuntu, CentOS, SUSE)
• Overseeing virtualization environments: VMware (ESXi, vCenter, vRops, vSAN) and Nutanix (AHV, Prism, Xi Leap)
• Managing backup solutions: Veeam, Rubrik
• Leading operations of firewalls and security tools: Fortinet, Check Point, Crowdstrike, Trend Micro XDR, Forcepoint, Forescout
• Managing cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Office 365
• Handling F5 systems (Big-IP ASM, LTM, APM) and Volterra
• Overseeing enterprise networking: Arista switches (with CloudVision), Meraki access points
• Driving automation with Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform
• Building team KPIs, training programs, and keeping the team up to date with the latest technologies
• Hands-on scripting in PowerShell, Python, and Bash
