Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Tel Aviv

Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Duration: 6 months (with an option to extend)

We’re a leading fintech company looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This is a dynamic and hands-on role, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of financial positions.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, and interviews
• Partnering with hiring managers and providing a strong consultative approach
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews
• Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
• Taking part in improving and optimizing recruitment workflows

What we're looking for:

• 1+ years of recruitment experience from an agency – must
• Experience or familiarity with the finance industry – a strong advantage
• Relevant academic background (Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, HR, Business Administration, or similar fields)
• Experience with Niloosoft ATS – an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking, time management, and independent work capabilities
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset and a team player attitude
