Position Overview:

We are seeking an ERP professional to support our ERP Operations solutions, primarily focused on the NetSuite platform. In this role, you will collaborate with other team members and provide business solutions for Operations and serve as a trusted partner to the Operations North American groups. Responsible for the definition and execution of future finance and ops-related solutions and project deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect requirements and produce quality functional design for new business application solutions and related IT processes
• Execute the solutions with tight coordination with direct stakeholders and other key stakeholders across the company.
• Gather business requirements from Operations stakeholders.
• Translate needs into clear functional designs and solution specs.
• Configure and implement ERP (NetSuite) features and workflows.
• Collaborate with developers on system customizations and integrations.
• Manage end-to-end solution delivery, including testing and go-live.
• Act as a key liaison between business and IT teams.
• Provide ongoing user support, training, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Stay up to date with NetSuite releases and industry best practices.
• Support UAT and ensure user satisfaction post-deployment.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in implementing and supporting ERP NetSuite in a global, public Hi-Tech environment.
• Hands on experience in NetSuite Operations modules; experience in Finance modules is an advantage.
• Customer-centric with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
• Strong Operations related background in the fields of Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timeframes.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Proven ability to gain cooperation and collaborate with others.
