Production Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Project Manager to join a leading Defense company based in Be’er Ya’akov ⭐️

What You’ll Do:

• Managing design projects, engineering development, transition from development to production, and serial production in the factory
• Identifying stakeholders and managing their involvement to ensure project deliverables
• Establishing and managing integrated work plans for all stakeholders
• Coordinating, tracking, and monitoring project requirements and engineering teams
• Conducting design reviews as needed, providing overall product support, and overseeing contractors and subcontractors
• Monitoring procurement and inventory within the project, with in-depth familiarity of engineering and production BOMs
• Meeting deadlines, coordinating and guiding operational departments, interfacing with the project management team, and managing project cost models

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering – mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a production environment – mandatory
• Strong leadership skills and ability to delegate authority
• High-level English proficiency
