Space Production Project Manager

The Missiles & Space Division at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) is seeking a Space Production Project Manager to lead and oversee production projects in a dynamic and challenging environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage production projects from initiation and kick-off through execution, with close interfaces to R&D

• Oversee and control project budgets, including preparing price quotations

• Track, monitor, and report project progress according to goals and work plans

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the production process

• Manage budget planning versus execution, prepare reports, and coordinate tasks with the production floor

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering – mandatory

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing production projects – mandatory

• Proven experience in matrix management – mandatory

• Experience in development projects – strong advantage

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP PP/PS modules) – strong advantage

• Strong technical understanding

• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Excel

• Good technical English
