What You’ll Do:

As Finance Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader driving our financial operations, strategic planning, and business insights. You will:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payroll, billing & collections, and supplier management.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual period closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare, review, and present financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, leading the annual audit and tax return process.
• Own the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles.
• Track, analyze, and present key SaaS KPIs to leadership.
• Build and maintain financial and operational models to support decision-making and scenario planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and recommend actions that drive growth and profitability.
• Develop dashboards and visual presentations of KPIs for management and board meetings.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, FP&A, and SaaS financial management.
• Proficient in ERP systems, BI tools, and financial modeling (Excel and NetSuite).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
