Finance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Operations Specialist to join our finance team and play a key role in supporting the financial infrastructure of a growing startup.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment, working closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams to build and optimize the company's financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing operational support for the finance team across various financial activities and processes
• Take part in establishing and maintaining the infrastructure of the company’s financial systems, including implementing workflows and internal controls
• Manage onboarding processes for new customers, including documentation, billing setup, and compliance checks
• Support the review and coordination of legal agreements with customers, vendors, and service providers
• Lead and manage the venture loan process end-to-end, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with the CFO on cross-functional projects and strategic finance operations
• Coordinate with legal, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of finance-related processes

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on operational experience is required
• Certified Attorney (completed internship)- advantage
• Prior experience in startups or high-growth companies – advantage
• Excellent English – spoken, written, and reading
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
