Product Manager (Sweepstakes & Skill Games Platform)

Role Overview:

Full responsibility for managing and developing our Sweepstakes and Skill Games platform, from requirements definition to delivery, bridging between internal teams, external game and technology providers, and our customers in the US market. The role combines strong business acumen with technical understanding, working with API integrations, and coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location: Kiryat Ono, Tel Aviv, Isreal

On site: work from the office - Sunday to Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with external game providers to integrate games into the platform via APIs.

• Build and maintain a product roadmap and work plans aligned with business and marketing objectives.

• Work closely with development, UX/UI, QA, and operations teams to ensure product quality.

• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and drive improvements to the user experience.

• Manage risks and coordinate solutions for technical and operational challenges.

• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, compliance, and payment teams.

• Adapt the product to meet US market requirements and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product or project management in digital, gaming, or online platform environments.

• Strong understanding of APIs and integrations with external systems.

• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams across locations.

• Strong business and analytical skills with a focus on performance improvement.

• High-level business English proficiency.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Advantages:

• Previous experience in iGaming, Social Gaming, or Sweepstakes.

• Background in working with HTML5 platforms and mobile applications.

• Basic understanding of regulatory aspects of the US gaming industry.
