Summary:
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for developing new sales opportunities within a set of targeted accounts in Israel for a leading global software vendor. This role is highly collaborative, engaging with colleagues across the business to support your success in exceeding sales targets. Based in Israel, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to build a successful sales career.
Responsibilities:
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling solutions into targeted accounts.
- Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against performance metrics, focusing on new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Identify and research territory/vertical to develop a market strategy and create qualified target accounts.
- Develop sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector intelligence.
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline aligned with coverage metrics to ensure role over-achievement.
- Engage prospects with value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, and references.
- Manage end-to-end sales process, engaging resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Executives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional management teams in marketing and product groups.
- Manage sales processes through direct sales or in conjunction with value-adding resellers or System Integrators.
- Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term revenue generation perspective.
- Update Salesforce with accurate customer and pipeline data daily.
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in selling software solutions into large organizations, acquired within a major software vendor or value-added reseller.
- Proven history of net direct new business sales and consistent delivery against targets.
- Demonstrable track record of sales overachievement.
- Credibility at all organizational levels, including CxO.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English.
- Experience in software sales related to systems management and analysis or a vertical industry sector is favorable.
