Job Description:

Main duty station is Kabul with travel to provinces.

overall coordination and quality assurance of the assignment.

The Team Leader/ Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, reporting Third Pary Monitoring (TPM) Project.

Lead coordination of project activities with donors, clients, and other stakeholders.

and serve as the main point of contact with the Client Kabul Office.

Job Requirements

Team Leader/ Project Manager should have the relevant experience in implementing TPM projects.

It is mandatory to have a master’s degree in project management, business administration, multimedia design, computer science or a related field.

It is mandatory to have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation, particularly in education and skills development.

It is mandatory to have experience as part of a monitoring team for a minimum of 1 project third party monitoring.

It is desirable to possess excellent knowledge (written and spoken) of English language.
