IT Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for an IT Onboarding Specialist to join our IT Support Team, with a strong passion for delivering a seamless employee experience.

In this role, you will ensure that new employees across Israel, APAC, and EMEA are onboarded smoothly, fully equipped, and operational from day one. You will combine a customer-oriented approach with a practical understanding of IT systems to guide employees through their initial setup, answer questions, and resolve issues efficiently. Your focus will be on creating a positive, consistent onboarding experience, coordinating resources, and continuously improving processes to support both in-person and remote employees.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain life cycle process:

• Make sure that IT stock in place.
• Work with individual managers to prepare onboarding requirements.

Perform basic QA on IT equipment and make sure that all the IT equipment is ready for the onboarding day.

• Grant relevant access based on company policies in the IT systems.

IT Orientation Day:

• Run the orientation day by presenting the Welcome IT presentation.
• Provide all relevant IT equipment and make sure that all is place and not missing.
• A hands-on session will be performed to validate that the employee can access and work based on the hiring manager’s expectations.

Follow up session:

• Make sure everything is in place post IT Orientation Day.
• Record a ticket for any additional requests.

Qualifications

• Basic hands-on experience in IT support, including setting up computers, installing software, and assisting users with access and accounts.
• Experience with Windows and macOS.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and ERP systems.
• Excellent customer and service orientation.
• Strong verbal and written English, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with and support experience in Check Point products – advantage
