CPA – Controller

A growing global technology company is seeking a CPA – Controller to join its finance team in a key role overseeing accounting operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the accounting department and manage a team of bookkeepers.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and stock exchange reports in accordance with IFRS.
• Handle annual tax reports for Israeli entities and support global tax matters.
• Ensure ISOX compliance and manage ongoing work with external auditors and consultants.
• Support day-to-day financial operations and monitor budget performance.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Controller in a hi-tech/technology company.
• Proven experience with financial reporting for public companies.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS
• Strong Excel skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience with Priority ERP – an advantage.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
