The Defense Systems Plant of the Missiles & Space Division is seeking a Head of Naval Integration Group.
The position includes:
- Lead the integration (systems integration) group for naval air defense systems.
- Manage testing processes during execution, including troubleshooting in the presence of the customer.
- Contribute to drafting and performing quality control of integration plans executed by the group’s team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- B.Sc. in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Aeronautical) or Computer Science – mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in integration of complex hardware–software systems – mandatory.
- Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory.
- Experience in hardware/software development – advantage.
- Previous managerial experience – advantage.

This is a key role in the delivery of naval air defense systems to customers in Israel and worldwide, within a dynamic and challenging environment.
