Role Description

The Role We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Director of Product to lead our product strategy and roadmap. This is a unique, dual-facing role that requires an individual who thrives at the intersection of product, business development, and marketing.

On one side, you will be the voice of our strategic customers and partners, working closely with them to gather insights and drive product-market fit. On the other side, you will be a key internal leader, translating real-world market feedback into actionable product requirements and collaborating with our R&D, Business Development, and Marketing teams to guide the entire product lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product leader, ideally in a C-level or senior management capacity.
• Strong background in both Product Management and Product Marketing, with a history of successfully launching data-driven products.
• A "techy" and "BD" mindset with experience in ClimateTech, Agribusiness, or related fields. The ability to understand the "Agri-language" and market nuances is a significant advantage.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML, high-performance computing (HPC), or related data-centric technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter with a collaborative spirit who can lead and inspire teams across functions.
