• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat – providing fast, helpful, and professional support.
• Assist students with scheduling, payments, and general questions about our courses.
• Work closely with our teaching and sales teams to make sure every student gets the best experience possible.
• Solve problems with a smile and keep things running smoothly.
