Technical Project Lead

We're looking for a Technical Project Lead for our Missile & Space Systems Group .

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the engineering planning and execution across all stages of the project, with emphasis on

system architecture, hardware, and mechanical design

• Provide technical solutions tailored to customer requirements

• Manage and integrate diverse engineering domains, including hardware, cabling, networking and

RF, mechanics, and vehicular systems

• Oversee engineering deliverables from subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project

requirements

• Lead system integration and acceptance testing (FAT), both in labs and in the field, in Israel and

abroad

• Represent the project’s technical authority with internal teams and customers

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for subcontractors in Israel and internationally

• Plan and support field deployment and system setup for trials and operational use

• Collaborate with program managers and chief system engineers to ensure delivery readiness

• Participate in and lead field tests and system trials domestically and overseas

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Software, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics,

Electro-Optics, or Aeronautics – mandatory

• At least 3 years of experience in technical leadership and/or development of multidisciplinary

systems – mandatory

• Experience leading teams and/or military command course – mandatory

• Strong command of English – mandatory

• M.Sc. in Systems Engineering – advantage

• Military experience in a technological unit – advantage

• Experience with airborne or air defense systems – advantage

• Proficiency in additional languages – advantage

• Willingness to travel abroad several times a year, sometimes on short notice

• Hands-on work in field deployments and system testing
