Salesperson

Investo Capital is a fast-growing international real estate investment company, and we’re looking for talented Sales Representatives to join our winning team. In this role, you’ll work with both warm and cold leads, convert them into meetings, and drive successful deals in the U.S. real estate investment market.

Responsibilities

* Handle incoming warm leads as well as generate results from cold outreach

* Convert leads into qualified meetings and guide prospects through the sales process

* Manage and grow your personal client portfolio

* Participate in daily training sessions in Grant Cardone’s 10X sales methodology (valued at $1,500/month, provided by the company)

Qualifications

* Proven sales experience - required (real estate background is an advantage)

* Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

* Cold calling experience - required

* Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
